Joy joined our family in
June 2002 and we marvel to see God's perfect plan in placing her
into our family. Joy is a bright little nine year old (feb
2010) who lives up to her name! She seems to excel at anything
she puts her mind to whether it be playing the flute, jumping rope, swimming, art or school work.
Joy placed first in the local jumprope
competition for the endurance category (jumping nonstop for 8:08), and
she placed second in the freestyle category. She also placed first in
the Junior Spelling Bee for homeschoolers this year. She
is very enthusiastic about our family's new hobby of geocaching . Joy is learning at
home through Five in a Row,
MathUSee, Growing with Grammar , Sequential
Spelling and Institute for
Excellence in Writing curricula.
